Revisions
One revision round means you send us one consolidated list of changes at a time.
- Essential: 2 rounds of minor revisions
- Signature: 2 rounds of minor revisions
- Luxe: 3 rounds of minor revisions
- Extra minor rounds are quoted separately
- Mistakes on our side are always fixed at no charge
Minor changes
Text corrections, replacing photos, small color adjustments, and minor spacing or layout changes.
Major changes, quoted after your approval
Changing the design direction after approval, adding substantial new sections, rebuilding a layout, or adding new features.
How long it stays online
Your invitation website stays online for 12 months from your event date. You can share it before the event and visit it afterward during that time.
Need it longer?
You can request an extension for an additional fee, subject to continued hosting availability.
Custom web address
A custom domain is optional. Domain registration and renewal fees are charged separately.
Timing and delivery
We confirm your expected delivery date when we accept your order. Sending your details, names, and photos early helps us deliver sooner.

What is a digital invitation website?
It is a private web page for your event. Guests open one link or scan a QR code to see the details, count down to the day, find the venue, and RSVP.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Your invitation opens in any phone or computer browser.
Can guests RSVP through the website?
Yes. Guests confirm attendance, number of guests, and companion names, and the RSVPs are collected for you.
Can I update my invitation after it goes live?
Yes. Small updates such as a changed time or venue are handled as minor revisions within your package. Guests always see the latest details on the same link.
Can you match my wedding or event theme?
Yes. Send us your colors, motif, or a photo of your printed invitation and we will design the page to match.
What information should I prepare before ordering?
Your event type, date, time, venue, the names to feature, any entourage or program details, your theme or colors, and the photos you want to use.
How long does it take to create an invitation?
It depends on your package, how complete your details and photos are, and the complexity of the design. We confirm your expected delivery date when we accept your order.

Yes. Photos and wishes shared on your invitation can be seen by anyone who has the invitation link, so guests should only share what they are comfortable showing.
What happens to RSVP data and guest photos after the event?
They stay available to you while your invitation is online. When the invitation period ends, they are removed from the website. Ask us if you would like a copy before then, or if you want something removed sooner.

Of course. We design invitations for birthdays, debuts, baptisms, showers, reunions, corporate events, and more.

Privacy notice
We collect only what we need to create your invitation and run your event page.
What we collect
- From customers: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and event details you send us.
- From guests on an invitation: names, RSVP answers, guest counts, companion names, messages and wishes, and photos they choose to upload.
Why we collect it
To reply to inquiries, design and deliver your invitation, and give you your guest list, RSVPs, wishes, and photos. We do not sell personal information.
Who can see it
- The event host and the Laila's Creation team, for event and website administration.
- Wishes and uploaded photos can be seen by anyone who has the invitation link.
- RSVP details are shared with the host only, not shown publicly.
How long we keep it
Invitation content, RSVPs, wishes, and photos stay available while the invitation is online, which is 12 months from the event date unless extended. After that, they are removed from the website. Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Questions or removal requests
Guests and hosts can ask about their information, or ask for a wish or photo to be removed, by emailing hello@hikeyourmarket.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
